Home maintenance, engineered.
Solvo looks after homes in Ericeira on a membership. We find the root cause, fix it properly the first time, and explain it in plain English.
Essential membership
€59 / month
One hour of labour
A €30 credit each month towards work at your home. Unused credit rolls over for three months.
Free scheduled call-outs
No charge to come and look at a problem when the visit is scheduled in advance.
Member rates
Handyman €30 an hour, plumbing and electrical €54 an hour, instead of €35 and €60.
Priority emergencies
A two-hour response target for members, ahead of other work.
How joining works
- Create your account and tell us about your home — a few sentences is enough to start.
- Book a first visit at a time that suits you. We confirm it by email with a calendar invitation.
- We walk the house with you, note what needs doing, and agree what comes first.
Membership is activated by Solvo after we have spoken — there is nothing to pay on this site.
What we do not do
Demolition, plastering, concrete work, structural work, roofing, locksmithing and anything needing a permit are outside what we take on. We will say so plainly and point you to someone who does.
