Who we are

Solvo Home Services, Ericeira, Portugal. If you have a question about your information, reply to any email we have sent you, or use the contact form.

What we hold

Your name, email address and phone number; the address of your home and whatever you choose to tell us about it; any photos or videos you upload; and the visits you book, including the notes attached to them.

Why we hold it

To arrange and carry out the work you ask us to do, and to keep a record of what was done at your home so that the next visit starts from what we already know.

Where it is kept

On Cloudflare’s platform. The database is created in Cloudflare’s Western Europe region and files are stored in Cloudflare’s EU jurisdiction, so your information is held in the EU. Cloudflare serves requests from the location nearest to you, which means a request may be processed outside the EU even though the stored data stays inside it.

Who else sees it

Nobody outside Solvo, other than Cloudflare as the company that hosts the service. We do not sell anything to anyone and there is no advertising or analytics on this site.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a client, and then for as long as we may need the record of work done. Ask us and we will delete your account and the files attached to it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply to any email from us, or use the contact form, and we will deal with it.
